Returns

We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving the item. Returned goods must be returned in the same condition as when received, and in original packaging, if possible.

Complete the return form that comes with your order. If you are missing a return form, you can write to info@momentas.dk and you will be sent a return form via email.

If you choose to return your purchase, you must pay the return shipping yourself.

Exchange

You have the right to exchange your item for a different size or color within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that the item must be in original condition.

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange an item for another model.

Please complete the form that you received with your order and indicate the desired color and/or size. If you need a new form, you can write to info@momentas.dk and you will be sent a return form by mail.

If the desired size or color is out of stock, our customer service will contact you.

Complaint

If your item is broken or there is a fault with your item, you must report your complaint via email to info@momentas.dk .
