Terms of Trade

These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods and services on lesdeux.dk with delivery in Denmark, except for Greenland and the Faroe Islands. The agreement is concluded with:

1. Conclusion of agreement

1.1 By ordering on our website, you accept these terms and conditions. We also refer to applicable Danish sales legislation and contract rules, including consumer agreements.

1.2 You can select products by adding them to your shopping cart. The contents can be viewed, edited and removed until you click "Proceed to Checkout", where you must accept the terms and conditions.

1.3 At checkout, you must enter your name, address, phone number, and email address, as well as select a delivery method. You can then confirm your order and enter payment information. Once we receive your order, we will process it.

1.4 A binding agreement is only concluded when you receive an order confirmation from us at the email address provided. We reserve the right to reject orders in the event of system errors, stock limitations or price errors.

 

2. Prices and payment

2.1 All prices on the website include Danish VAT. Additional taxes and duties may apply when purchasing outside Denmark and must be paid by the buyer.

2.2 We accept the following payment methods: Dankort, Visa, Dankort/Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

2.3 Payment is handled by Shopify Payments with 3D Secure authentication for secure payment. Fees may apply when using certain credit cards, which will be disclosed when selecting a payment method.

2.4 The amount is reserved when ordering, but is only withdrawn when the goods are shipped.

 

3. Delivery

3.1 In-stock items are usually delivered within 1-2 working days. Possible delivery methods include:

• Delivery with GLS (Parcel Shop)

Delivery is made to addresses in Denmark, but only to mainland Denmark and islands with bridges.

3.2 The type of delivery may be changed depending on the nature and quantity of the goods at no extra cost to you. The delivery times stated are indicative and without liability.

 

4. Returns and complaints

4.1 If you choose to return your purchase, you must pay the return shipping yourself. The item must be returned in its original condition with hangtags and labels intact.

4.2 You have a 24-month right of complaint in accordance with the Danish Sales Act.

4.3 Complaints must be notified within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered, no later than 2 months after discovery.

4.4 We may request that the item be returned for examination. Please keep the item safely until we have agreed on the next steps.

4.5 Defects will be remedied by exchange or refund.

 

5. Right of withdrawal

5.1 You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, effective from the day you receive the goods.

5.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send us an unambiguous statement, for example by e-mail, stating your name, order number and your wish to cancel the purchase.

5.3 The cancellation period is deemed to have been met if the notification is sent before the expiry of the period.

5.4 We will refund your payment without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received your notice of withdrawal, however, refund may be postponed until we have received the returned goods or documentation of return.

5.5 Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

 

6. Gift card

6.1 You can purchase gift cards by contacting us at info@momentas.dk. By purchasing a gift card, you accept the terms and conditions.

6.2 Gift cards can be purchased and paid for using the payment methods mentioned in section 2.2.

6.3 The value of the gift card can be used to pay for all or part of an order. Any remaining payment can be made using other accepted payment methods.

6.4 The gift card is sent electronically and is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. It can be redeemed up to 12 months after expiration without charge. Gift cards older than 4 years cannot be used or reactivated.

6.5 Momentas is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

 

7. Reservations

7.1 We reserve the right to change the content of the website without notice, including prices and descriptions, and to correct errors.

 

8. Inquiries and complaints

8.1 If you have any questions or complaints, you can contact us in writing. If we cannot find a solution, you can complain to the Center for Complaints Resolution.

 

9. Intellectual property rights

9.1 All content on the website is protected by Momentas' copyright. You may not copy, modify or publish material without permission.

9.2 The Momentas name and associated marks may not be used without written permission.

 

10. Force Majeure

10.1 In the event of force majeure affecting delivery, the delivery time may be extended. We will notify you immediately of such delays.

 

11. Personal data

11.1 To fulfill your order, we process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.

 

12. Cookies

12.1 We use cookies on the website. Read more in our cookie policy.
